Took this photo just a few minutes ago while walking through the Botanic Gardens. I'm not sure how the dog got the roll around it's neck and thinking about it now I should have helped it to get it out.Then again, I was the victim of a dog bite as a little boy and I surely do not want to relive that experience. Anyways, I hope people can see the amusement from the photo.
